In this post we will dig further into ECM's core values. Your team has been evaluating ECM's core values with the goal of developing specific steps that will guide you in fulfilling the mission and vision of ECM. You will continue to do this as you evaluate the next value. There are no right or wrong answers. I ask you only to honestly, together with your co-workers, discuss what each value looks like with "flesh" on it. How can we put each value into practice on a regular basis? We will be Partnership Minded: Recognizing the strength of the Body of Christ, we will actively seek to partner with other organizations and individuals to accomplish our ministry goals.

For me I absolutely agree with partnering with others. Even those ECM Uganda, utilizing their experience. Also I have worked wi5h rehabilitation centers and then had one of the doctors come to one of our Saturday club to educate and answer questions. I'm even working with the local police stations getting them involved with our Saturday clubs and asking them what are the needs in our community.
ReplyDeleteEven involving pastors in our Saturday clubs. And teens from gayaza ECM to come and minister and mentor our children in nakifuma.
I am only one person and u don't want to do everything. I welcome and appreciate the assistance.
